Therapy Services

Individual Therapy
Wherever you go, there you are - Engaging in weekly, individual therapy sessions can provide an opportunity to become your most authentic self. Weekly sessions offer a space to process your past experiences, engage in deep introspection, and identify your patterns. Rachel uses an eclectic approach in individual therapy that is based in psychodynamic therapy and includes elements of CBT, mindfulness, and creative interventions to achieve your goals.

Couples & Relationship Therapy

We all long to be understood and accepted by others. Engaging with couples counseling can allow you and your partner to understand eachother more fully, communicate more effectively, and break negative patterns. Rachel uses Level 1 training of Gottman Method Couples Therapy to help couples learn tools to manage conflict, deepen friendship, and increase intimacy in their relationships.

Sandplay Therapy
Based on Jungian Psychology, Sandplay therapy is a technique that is used to help clients access their unconscious mind. During sandplay therapy sessions, clients will be able to utilize sand, miniature objects, and sometimes water in order to create scenes that can aid in deepening personal understanding and processing therapeutic issues that may be more challenging to explore during traditional talk therapy sessions. Sandplay is made accessible to all in-person clients.
